header category not coming.

All images are coming in flat structure but not in staggered view. You can upload few images and can check that it is coming in staggered view or not.(only upload images.)

Still same layout .

You can see the same behaviour on - http://classic-uploader.extracoding.com/ keep cursor on any image on homepage, image will be zoom out.
